Note: Since there is a slight temperature difference between different brands of porcelain furnaces, the above is for reference only.

Step 4: Firing

Place the glazed and stain-applied restoration in a suitable firing furnace according to the recommended firing parameters for the specific dental ceramics.

Follow the firing cycle recommended by the manufacturer for the type of restoration, glaze, and stain.

Monitor the firing process closely to ensure proper fusion and adherence of the glaze and stain to the restoration surface.

Once the firing cycle is complete, allow the restoration to cool down naturally before handling.

Finishing and Polishing:

After the restoration has cooled down, inspect the glazed and stain-applied surface for any imperfections or irregularities.

If necessary, perform any required adjustments, polishing, or additional firing cycles to achieve the desired esthetic outcome.

Utilize appropriate polishing tools and techniques to achieve a smooth and natural-looking finish.

Storage and Shelf Life:

Store the HappyGlow Stain & Glaze Kit in a cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Ensure that the containers are tightly sealed after each use to prevent drying or contamination.

Check the expiration dates on the packaging and avoid using the products beyond their shelf life.
