Sintering the restorations is not as simple as you might think. Below are some tips about sintering restoration. Let me know if you learn something from them.

1. You should leave a small space in between crowns when you put them in the furnace. The reason is that the crowns will roll and touch each other when sintering. In order to avoid possible issues, keep a small space between each crown.

2. Don't put too many beads in the tray when sintering. If you put too many zirconium oxide beads in the zirconia sintering tray, the crowns and bridges will experience more resistance, thus it might cause long bridge breaking or damage.

3. Clean or change your MoSi2 heating every 6 to 12 months. MoSi2 heating elements develop a quartz ceramic coating on the elements. Over time the quartz will develop a lower melting point. So running a normal cycle will result quartz pollutants and those pollutants cause zirconia crowns and bridges in poor shade.

4.If keep the ovens in a room below 50 °F (10 °C) and the ovens will not heat up properly. So we recommend keeping the ovens in a room that is above 50 °F (10 °C). Check out Vsmile Dental products here: https://www.vsmilecadcamzirconia.com/dental-equipment/
