SuperZir is a multilayer dental zirconia block developed with Vsmile 3D Technology™, combining a natural 7-layer gradient with a strength range of 900–1200 MPa in one CAD/CAM disc.
Instead of using the same strength and translucency throughout the entire disc, SuperZir creates a gradual transition from higher strength in the cervical area, through balanced strength in the body, to higher translucency toward the incisal area. This layered structure is designed to provide a more natural relationship between strength and optical properties across the restoration.
With44–47% translucency, pre-shaded VITA colors, and thickness options from 10 to 25 mm, SuperZir gives dental laboratories greater flexibility when producing crowns, veneers, bridges, frameworks, and full-arch implant-supported restorations.
For production efficiency, SuperZir also offers a fast 2-hour sintering option for applicable cases, helping dental labs shorten turnaround time without adding a separate pre-sintering step.
