Vsmile Celebrates 7 Years of Brand Excellence in Sanya

To celebrate this exciting achievement, the company hosted a vibrant, five-day retreat in the coastal paradise of Sanya, Hainan, bringing together employees for a journey of reflection, connection, and inspiration.

Though the Vsmile brand was established seven years ago, the team behind it brings over a decade of experience in the dental consumables and equipment industry. This retreat honored both the brand’s evolution and the expertise that powers it.

A Celebration Beyond the Office

The trip was filled with moments that blended fun, culture, and purpose. After arriving in Sanya and flying over the breathtaking Nanhai Guanyin statue, the team enjoyed a beachside evening filled with laughter, games, and the beauty of the ocean.

The following day, Vsmile hosted its official anniversary ceremony. Employees were welcomed by a nostalgic “Time Wall” showcasing photos from key moments in the company’s history. A playful T-shirt fashion show, complete with virtual displays of the company’s best-selling dental products, brought smiles and laughter to the room — perfectly capturing Vsmile’s creative and people-first culture.

Building Bonds and Looking Ahead

Team-building activities continued with a strategy-based sand table game, promoting collaboration and leadership. In a touching moment, each team member wrote a letter to their future self, sealed in a “time capsule” to be opened in three years — a symbolic reminder of the journey ahead.

Employees also enjoyed a stand-up paddleboard race, a beach BBQ dinner, and a lively bonfire night, celebrating unity under the stars.

The retreat also gave employees the opportunity to explore Sanya’s cultural gems, including a visit to the Nanshan Tourism and Cultural Park and Tianya Haijiao — known as the “edge of the sky and sea.” A free day of leisure followed, where team members enjoyed yachting, diving, and soaking in the beauty of Sanya’s natural surroundings.

As the retreat concluded, the team returned refreshed, inspired, and more connected than ever. The trip wasn’t just about looking back — it was about preparing to go further.
